4. Notes of the general meeting held on 9th December 2020 to be approved as the new minutes.

a. To receive any matters arising from either County or District Councillors.

a. To consider the latest planning applications.
7. Finance.
a. To receive the latest finance report.
b. To consider the grant request.
8. Village matters.
a. To consider any matters affecting the village.
b. To receive the update regarding the Parish Church grass cutting.

a. To receive any correspondence not included within the agenda.
10. Councillors reports and items for inclusion at the next meeting.
