a. To receive any Declarations of Interest accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. Notes of the general meeting held on 10th March 2021 to be approved as the new minutes.
5. County and District Council matters:
a. To receive any matters arising from either County or District Councillors.
6. Planning applications.
a. To consider the latest planning applications.
7. Finance.
a. To receive the latest finance report.
b. To receive the internal auditors report.
c. To approve the annual governance statement.
d. To approve the statement of accounts.
e. To authorise the Chairman to sign the annual return.
f. To approve the certificate of exemption.
8. Village matters.
a. To consider any matters affecting the village.
b. To receive the update regarding the Parish Church grass cutting.

a. To receive any correspondence not included within the agenda.
